How to tell an email is genuine
Phishing emails sometimes borrow familiar names. These checks take less than a minute.
-
The domain matches the list exactly
The sender ends in one of the subdomains above, such as
easerix.pempomail.com. A look-alike such aspempo-mail.comorpempomail.cois not us. -
The message is signed
Every email is DKIM-signed for its sending subdomain. In your mail client’s “show original” view, look for
DKIM: PASSwith that domain. -
We never ask for your password
No Perizer product will ask you to reply with your password, a verification code or a card number. Treat any email that does as phishing.
-
When in doubt, go direct
Skip the link. Open the product’s website from the table above and sign in there to check anything the email asked you to do.
Report a suspicious email
If an email uses a Pempomail address that isn’t listed here, or looks wrong in any other way, forward it to us with the original headers. To stop emails from a product, use the unsubscribe link in the email or the notification settings in your account.
